Edyta Skoczyńska - Partner, President of Management Board Edyta Skoczyńska is a graduate from Warsaw School of Economics (Marketing and Management). She has also completed post-graduate studies in financial and managerial accounting. Edyta Skoczyńska specializes in M&A transactions and other ownership transformations.

Edyta Skoczyńska has over 18 years of experience in investment banking and consulting. She started her career in Erste Investment, the investment arm of Austrian Erste Bank. Afterwards she has joined EVIP Business Consulting Group. As Managing Director of EVIP Capital, Edyta Skoczyńska has been responsible for M&A projects, capital group structuring and corporate governance systems implementation.

Edyta Skoczyńska has participated in execution of numerous M&A transactions, privatization processes and other structural transformations. Among others, she has assisted Federal Mogul Corporation in acquisition of BIMET S.A., as well as Pharmacia & Upjohn in preparations for their acquisition projects in Poland. She has also supervised privatization process of Polish Steel Mills as well as acquisition projects in TSL sector for PEKAES S.A. (one of Poland’s largest trucking and logistics company).

On behalf of Elektrim S.A. (one of the largest power groups in Poland), she has participated in fund raising project for Pątnów II Power Plant. She has also executed numerous projects related to capital group transformations in construction, metallurgic, railway and shipyard sectors.
She is a co-author of “The New City of Gdańsk concept” – the largest real estate concept ever executed in Poland. She has also participated in negotiations with financial investor to acquire funding for the above project.

Edyta Skoczyńska has led the process of financial restructuring of “Jedność” Pipe Mill, one of the most complex investment projects in Poland.
Currently Mrs. Skoczyńska focuses on projects related enterprise value growth as well as pre IPO strategies.

Her interests include modern literature and dance.
